The Tiger-Rock System represents an exclusive martial arts training system that has evolved from its Korean Taekwondo origins. Over the course of the last four decades, we’ve expanded upon our Taekwondo foundation, integrating various martial art forms such as hapkido, hanmudo, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. In addition, we’ve incorporated the latest advancements in physical fitness techniques.
